In my office, therapy is an act of self-care and personal maintenance. I believe the best process is to meet you where you are, identify what is preventing you from leading the life you want to live, and take concrete steps to overcome them.

No matter what topics we explore in your personal past, present and future, my goal is to help you to feel welcome and safe in my office and in our therapeutic relationship.
